a satisfactory stay, though some issues existed

spacious apartment attractive pool area limited air conditioning hot apartment

the apartment was spacious and clean! it had an extra large balcony that i really loved. the pool area looked attractive, it was a plus.

the apartment got very hot, even with curtains closed! only one air conditioner was included for two rooms. i was not pleased with the heat.

dirty balcony stained chairs

the location was acceptable.

the balcony was to not have been cleaned recently , cobwebs were on the table legs , and marks stained the chairs. i noticed dust on the tiles and a cobweb on the luggage rack. i am unsure if the apartment had a thorough cleaning .

the pool area included plenty of sunbeds with umbrellas. secure parking was available onsite at no cost. i appreciated the convenience of the bar located at the hotel it offered reasonable prices. the staff cleaned rooms daily

the kitchenette seemed inadequate for a self catering stay. it lacked basic equipment like oven gloves and proper utensils. our allocated kettles did not function properly and required multiple returns. this created a stressful experience.
